I’m Britt — a woman learning to live life with intention, movement, faith, and a little softness around the edges.
For a long time, my work centered around caring for others. I spent over a decade in roles that required patience, presence, and deep responsibility — experiences that shaped who I am and how I move through the world. That season taught me the value of balance long before I had the language for it.
In 2017, I made a decision that changed everything: I chose to prioritize my own well-being. That choice led to a 100+ pound weight loss, a new relationship with movement, and a deeper understanding of health that goes far beyond the physical. What started as a personal journey became a lifestyle rooted in consistency, grace, and self-trust.
Today, movement is part of my everyday life, strength training, cycling, trying new routines, and honoring what my body needs in each season. Faith grounds me. Food brings me joy. Sunday dinners are sacred. And balance is something I continue to create, not chase.
This space exists as a reflection of real life the progress, the pauses, the joy, and the becoming. I don’t believe in perfection or extremes. I believe in showing up, staying curious, and allowing your life to evolve as you do.
If you’re navigating your own season of change redefining who you are, what matters, or how you want to feel in your body and your life, you’re welcome here.
Take what resonates. Leave what doesn’t.
And know that you’re allowed to grow at your own pace.
XO Britt
